- Have you tried tried to get organized many times, but it just doesn’t stick?
- Not enough time… or too much to do?
- Not enough space… or too many things?
- You just don’t know where to start?
- You constantly have no time to do the things you enjoy the most?
- Is your life spinning out of control?
- Is clutter and chaos causing tension with your loved ones or colleagues?
If you recognize yourself in the questions above, please continue to read the tips below, and see how we can help!
- Make a “To Do” list the night before. List no more than ten things, and check them off your list as you complete them. Make sure it’s a realistic list so you are rewarded with a sense of accomplishment when you get things done!
- Love yourself – love your life!
- Make menus for yourself, and put them on the fridge for easy access.
- Keep a master copy of your current grocery list on the fridge. Refer to your menu, and note the items you are missing. Always check the pantry and fridge before shopping to save time and money.

- As a family, take 5 minutes each day to de-clutter your home. Just run around and pick things up, placing them on the table. Then, stand around the table, and notice who is on your left. Take the next five minutes to take that person’s clutter items off the table, and put them away! Make it family fun! This is a GREAT activity for young children.
- Open your mail over the recycle bin. Eliminate paper and clutter right at the source!
- Have In and Out boxes at the back door for current mail or today’s newspaper. When you’re through with the current paper, move it to the Out box, and empty the Out box once per week!
- Always shred your own documents as you place them in the recycle bin.
- Confirm your appointments the day before by phone. It will avoid unnecessary travel.
- Take some time for yourself!
